This tour is a must for foreign visitors. It includes a visit to VictoriaPeak for a panoramic

splendour view of the city and Stanley Market which is famous for bargain shopping.

It then returns along the coastal line via RepulseBay and DeepWaterBay to Aberdeen,

the floating village for fishermen (sampan ride at Aberdeen will be at optional cost).

A stop at a local jewellery factory near Aberdeen offers a chance to look the fine art and

craftsmanship that has made Hong Kong famous in Asia.

Founded over 900 years ago, the two villages are the earliest settlements on historical

HERITAGE TOUR

Hidden away among high-rise apartment towers and busy highways, the past lives

in the NewTerritories... a living museum shaped by the rise and development of

the so-called five great clans of Hong Kong (the Tang, Hau, Pang, Liu and Man).

Taking in historic sites around the NewTerritories, the Heritage Tour brings to life

the customs and cultures of these clans and provides a fascinating glimpse of

Hong Kong's rich heritage.

 

TAI FU TAI & FANTINVILLAGE - The opulent stately home built in 1865 by a scholar

of the Man clan, Man Chune-luen, who as bestowed a tile of Tai Fu (Mandarin) by

the Qing Imperial government nearby is Fun Tin village where the Man Clain

members dwell.

 

LO WAI WALLED VILLAGE & TANG CHUNG LING ANCESTRAL HALL
The first walled village built by the Tang clan. Today it remains the cradle of clan

activities and houses the family's descendants. Nearby is the Tang's ancestral hall,

built in 16th century, for clan rituals & ancestor worship.

 

LAM TSUEN WISHING TREE - A big banyan tree that is popular among local villagers

who come to burn joss sticks and make wishes under.

 

MAN MO TEMPLE & TAI PO MARKET - A temple dedicated to the gods Man (Literature)

and Mo (martial Arts). Nearby is the Tai Po Market which used to be the trading ground

of foods & goods around the NewTerritories and now is a thriving food market.

TSING MA LANTAU MONASTERY TOUR WITH VEGETARIAN LUNCH

A delightful experience and the best way to explore Lantau. Through the fast and

scenic drive along the expressway and the Tsing Ma Bridge soon takes you to

this unspoilt island. Lantau with its natural beaches, simplistic fishing village,

peaceful monastery neighboured by the world’s largest Buddha is an ideal

destination of a wonderful day. The tour includes visit through Tsing Ma Bridge

to Tai-OFishingVillage, and Po Lin Monastery, with a Chinese vegetarian lunch.

The tours ends with a spectacular ride aboard the Skyrail cable car offering

stunning views going down to Tung Chung.

Remarks

In the case if adverse weather conditions, strong winds & scheduled servicing days, the cable car ride will be replaced by coach transfer for the return back to Tung Chung.

 

 


 

MACAU DAY TOUR WITH LUNCH

A 75 minute Jetfoil, Turbocat or Catamaran ride brings you to Portuguese Macau

with visit the statue of Kum Iam and drive to Macau Tower(an optional at own

expensive for panoramic view of the Pearl River Delta on the observation deck,

Level 61). Then, visit A Ma Temple. A western lunch will be served at local restaurant. 

After lunch, visit the Ruins of St. Paul’s Ruins which is Landmark of Macau and

walk to Senado Square. Followed by free time to visit Casino and transfer back to

Macau Ferry Terminal or guests could return back to hotel on their own arrangement

from casino.
