Depart flight from Sydney with China Airlines CI52 22:00 to Taiwan.
Day 2 (Sun) Arrive Seoul
Arrive Seoul approximate 11AM, you will be met by your friendly driver who will greet and transfer you to your hotel in downtown Seoul. The remaining day will be at your own leisure time. You may refresh at your hotel first or you may want to explore yourself nearby the hotel at INSADONG: insadong is a favourite stop for tourists who know that this is the place to find a perfect gift to take back home. Authentically decorated tea houses serving an intriguing array of traditional teas, high-end antique galleries and delicious and innovation restaurants in Seoul are all found here.
Day 3 (Mon) Seoul City Tour / Korean Folk Village / Jogyesa Temple (B/L)
Visit Jogyesa Temple, pass by the Presidential Blue House, Sarangchae, Changing of the Guard Ceremony, Gyeongbok Palace (Deocksugung Palace on Tue), National Folk Museum- Lunch (included) – Korean Folk Village (Traditional Performance – weather permits).
GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE: built during the reign of king Taejo, founder of the Joseon Dynasty(1392-1910) which was the final kingdom in Korea, but it was destroyed in the Japanese invasion of 1592 and reconstructed in 1868. It has 4 gates including the southern main gate, Gwanghwamum.
NATIONAL FOLKLORE MUEUME: Located on the compound of Gyeongbok palace. It shows you the traditional life of both the ordinary people and aristocracy. It has exhibits from all parts of Korea. There ae displays of traditional farming methods, hunting, weaving, cooking and other house keeping chores.
ISA-DONG ANTIQUE &ART: Authentically decorated tea houses serving an intriguing array of traditional teas, high-end antique galleries and delicious and innovation restaurants in Seoul. Insa-dong is a favorite stop for tourists who know that this is the place to find a perfect gift to take back home.
Korean Folk Village: is home to numerous collections of Korean cultural artifacts, providing an opportunity for Korean children to experience and learn the culture of their ancestors firsthand. The site provides a venue to promote traditional Korean culture to both domestic and international visitors, and provides an open-air learning place for succeeding generations. The village has been developed to convey the wisdom and the spirits of our ancestors to both domestic and international tourists
Day 4 (Tue) Changdeok Palace / Secret Garden / Bukchon Hanok Village / Nanta Theater Performance (B)
Visit CHANGDEOK PALACE, SECRET GARDEN & BUKCHON HANOK VILLAGE, at around 13:00.
Enjoy for your leisure after the tours.
Meet with our guide at 19:00PM @ HOTEL LOBBY and transfer to the NANTA THEATER. Enjoy the non-verbal fantastic show. Back at hotel at 22:00PM

After breakfast, time at leisure at your own before transfer to Incheon International Airport for your your flight to Tokyo JAPAN. Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, meet and transfer to your hotel in Tokyo. You will have free time to explore nearby area like the ramen, restaurant, and shops of Tokyo by yourself.
Day 7 (Fri) Imperial Palace East Garden / Asakusa Kannon Temple / Nakamise Shopping Centre Arcade / Tokyo Tower / Meiji Shrine / Ginza / Hama Rikyu Garden / Sumida River Cruise / Asakusa / Nakamise / Kappabashi / Ueno Park / Akihabara (B/L)
Enjoy a pleasant walk in the EAST GARDEN of the IMPERIAL PALACE.TOKYO TOWER - Enjoy a panorama of Tokyo from the main observation platform. MEIJI SHRINE - Take in a fine example of Japanese shrine architecture, nestled in a peaceful, picturesque area. AKASAKA GUEST HOUSE (drive by) magnificent Western-style palace built in the baroque architecture style. Japanese LUNCH included today. Day 8 (Sat) Mt Fuji / Hakone Ropeway / Owakudani Valley / Lake Ashi Pirate Ship Cruise (B/L)
Enjoy scenery of rural Japan driving along to MT. FUJI and panoramic view from the 5th STATION (approx. 8,000 ft. altitude) and also double-wired GONDOLA (HAKONE ROPEWAY). Visit OWAKUDANI BOILING VALLEY where you can smell sulfurous fumes and enjoy the CRUISE across the peaceful LAKE ASHI. Tonight, you will be able enjoy the hot spring in the hotel. Hakone has been one of Japan's most popular hot spring resorts for centuries.
This morning experience the Bullet Train: Tokyo to Kyoto (150 min) & ancient capital - Kyoto.KIYOMIZU TEMPLE: unique temple has a main hall on a steep slope with a wooden platform supported by pillars, from which a panoramic view of Kyoto can be enjoyed. KODAIJI TEMPLE: commemorates Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a great general in 16th century. It was founded by his widow. YASAKA SHRINE: Well known as the central site for the Gion-Matsuri Festival, held in summer. GION DISTRICT: Gion is one of the famous entertainment and geisha quarters, with traditional restaurants and tea-houses. In the Edo Period, ochaya (geisha houses) were built in this area. It still retains its tranquil, old-fashioned charm.
Day 10 (Mon) Nara / Tondaiji Temple / Great Buddha / Nara Deer Park / Kofukuji Temple (B)
Nara, the Imperial capital of Japan in the 8th century – TONDAJI TEMPLE: The temple has an enormous bronze Buddha image within its Daibutsuden Hall, one of the largest wooden structures in the world. NARA DEER PARK: Walk among the 1,100 or so tame deer roaming about the park. KOFUKUJI TEMPLE: transferred from Kyoto in 710, has a five-story pagoda, the second highest in Japan. At the end of the tour, you will the opportunity to buy souvenirs at NARA NAGOMIKAN SOUVENIR SHOPS.
Today travel by BULLET TRAIN from Kyoto to HIROSHIMA (110 min). HOTEL GRANVIA has been awarded 3 Michelin for its excellent facilities and central location. You may visit many of the places near the hotel which you can easily access by walking (within 10 minutes) in your own leisure time: SHUKKEIEN GARDEN, HIROSHIMA CATLE, HIROSHIMA GARDEN.

Day 12 (Wed) Hiroshima / Miyajima Island / Itsukushima Shrine / Peace Memorial Park Bomb Dome / Hiroshima (B)
Today we will explore World Heritage sites in HIROSHIMA and MIYAJIMA in one day.
Miyajima (literally 'shrine island') has been celebrated as a sacred island and one of Japan's three most scenic views. It is most famous for ITSUKUSHIMA SHRINE, which, together with its large wooden TORI GATE, stands in the ocean during high tide. DEER move around the island freely, and so do monkeys on top of Misen, the island's highest mountain.
HIROSHIMA PEACE MEMORIAL PARK was built to commemorate the dropping of the atomic bomb over Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 and to promote a peaceful world. It is located in the area around the atomic explosion's epicenter, and houses the Peace Memorial Museum and many other related monuments.
The Peace Memorial Museum graphically displays the atomic bomb's horrible effects on the city and its inhabitants. A visit is naturally depressing. In the museum's east building, Hiroshima's militarist past and the process leading to the dropping of the bomb are documented. Audio guides are available in more than a dozen languages.
The ATOMIC DOME DOMEis one of the few buildings around the explosion's epicenter that partially survived the blast, and the city's only remaining bomb damaged building. Between the museum and the Atomic Bomb Dome stands the Memorial Cenotaph for Atomic Bomb Victims. It contains a list of all the people who were killed by the explosion or died due to the bombing's long-term effects such as cancer caused by radiation. The Statue of the A-Bomb Children and the Cenotaph for Korean Victims are some of many more monuments found in the park.

Day 13 (Thur) Hiroshima Airport JAPAN / Taipei Airport TAIWAN / Taipei 101 / Longshan Temple / Night Market (B/D)
After breakfast, time at leisure until your pre-arranged transfer time to airport for onward flight to Taipei TAIWAN. Arrive TAIPEI TAIWAN at 10:30AM. Meet and Greet to transfer to hotel. You will have leisure time to explore the vibrant city of Taipei. Taipei is a shopaholic’s heaven. You can find all sorts of bargain to all the world famous brands at one area. You can catch the MRT to : Ximending, Xingyi Shopping Districtfor shopping. TONIGHT you will be exploring the night life of Taipei. Firstly, you will have TAIWANESE DINNER, then visit the oldest temple in Taiwan "LONGSHAN TEMPLE" and then off to the most colourful night market in Taiwan "HWAHSI NIGHT MARKET" (aka Snake Valley). World's 2nd tallest building in the world "TAIPEI 101".
Day 14 (Fri) Taipei City / National Palace Museum / Chiufen Village (B)
Sightseeing for: PRESIDENTIAL BUILDING (pass by), CHIANG KAI-SHEK MEMORIAL HALL and NATIONAL PALACE MUSEUM (has the world's largest Chinese Art and painting collection), MARTYR’S SHRINE, Chinese Temple then the TAIWANESE HANDICRAFT, where you can see and purchase some Taiwanese souvenirs. CHIUFEN VILLAGE famous for its old mining town's charming characteristics. Many famous Taiwanese movies were short here. You will be able to see beautiful sunset when you arrive at the village. Also visit: PITOU CAPE, NANYA ROCK FORMATION, BAY OF TWO COLOURS, and drive pass CHINKUASHIH VILLAGE.
Day 15 (Sat) North Coast / Yehliu / Wulai Aboriginal Village & Waterfall (B)
AToday you will see panoramic view of KEELUNG HARBOUR and YEHLIU PARK famous for its natural rocks formations. Cave of the Immortals, a narrow natural cleft in a hill containing Buddhist shrines and sculptures.
Yehliu Park is known for its spectacular rock formations, sculptured throughout the ages by wind and sea erosion leaving fascinating pillars including the famous QUEEN’S HEAD & FAIRY’S SHOES is magnificent beauty of nature.
In the afternoon, visit WULAI ABORIGINAL VILLAGE, famous for hot spring, waterfall and Aboriginal culture. There is even a cable car to whisk you up to the top the mountain to have panoramic view of the valley. Pass the SWALLOW LAKE, and see CHIEFTAIN STATE. Enjoy traditional ABORIGINAL DANCE SHOW.
Day 16 (Sun) Tapei / Sanhsia Old Town / Yingkok Pottery Village / Taipei (B)
Visit SANHSIA OLDTWON, where OLD STREET & TSUSHIN TEMPLE(unique temple among all the Chinese temples of the world for the painstaking and time-consuming dedication to classical temple arts that is manifested in its modern reconstruction work). is located.
Visit the famous ceramic town of YINGKOK’S POTTERY FACTORY & SHOWROOM &POTTERY STREET.
After breakfast, you will be pickup by your guide at the hotel lobby then drive to SUN MOON LAKE which is located in the middle of Taiwan and situated 762 meters above sea level in the lofty mountains of Central Taiwan. Tour will stop at the famous WENWU TEMPLE andLITERATURE WARRIOR TEMPLE dedicated to Confucius as Master of Pen and to Kuan Ti as Master of Sword, HOLY MONK SHRINE and CI-EN PAGODA. After touring around the Sun Moon Lake, proceed to hotel for check in, stay overnight at Sun Moon Lake. The hotel we stayed is at Fleur De Chine, which is the newest (built in 2009) deluxe 5 star hotel at Sun Moon Lake, the only hotel in the area that has the unique detox hot spring & spa and rejuvenation facility.
Day 18 (Tue) Sun Moon Lake / Foguagshan Monastery / Kaohsiung (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Kaohsiung City, which is the second largest city in Taiwan. FOGUANGSHAN BUDDHIST MONASTERY, learn about Buddhism during the monastery walking tour to visit “BUDDHA MEMORIAL CENTRE” and communicate with some of the monks & nuns. You may taste Buddhist vegetarian lunch (at your own cost). Continue to KAOHSIUNG CITY visit LOVE RIVER and LIUHE NIGHT MARKET. Overnight at luxury hotel above Luxury Goods HanLai Department Store.The tour will take you to the romantic Love River and famous Lio Ho Night Market.
Day 19 (Wed) Kaohsiung / Kenting / Zhiben Hot Spring / Taitung (B)
Today, the highlight for many visit Taiwan is a visit to KENTING NATIONAL PARK, undoubtly one of the most beautifully reserved natural forest in Taiwan. It is located in south of Taiwan with popular beach bordering on the tropical region of Taiwan where palm tree, banana trees, sugar cane and surfing beach are part of the scene. It's an excellent place for swim, surf and dive. Other sightseeings will be visited today are the southern most tip of Taiwan, "MAOPITOU" (named after the shape of cat-nose-like rock). The coast of coral reef is worth a visit for land reforms which strongly affected by wave erosions, efflorescene and salt-soaking. The natural landscape like wave erosion caves, ditches and pillars are amazing, sea view here is attractive and very enjoyable. The ELUANBI LIGHTHOUSE will also be visited. We then continue to TAITUNG via the scenic Southern Link Highway. Overnight at Taitung and enjoy a relaxing bath at the 5 star hotel's SPA & HOT SPRING recreation area.
Day 20 (Thur) Taitung / East Coast Scenic Area / Hualien (B)
After breakfast, you will be on the exciting East Coast National Scenic Tour. The EAST COAST NATIONAL SCENIC AREA known as "Taiwan's Last Unspoiled Land", stretched 170 kilometres down the east coast of the island. Weathering, erosion and accumulation have produced a wide range of landforms here. Our tour will stop at SIAOYELIOU, SANSIENTAI, STONE STEPS, CAVES OF THE EIGHT IMMORTALS. In the late afternoon, we will proceed to HUALIEN for overnight stay at luxury 5 stars hotel inside the magically beautiful TATOKO NATIONAL PARK.
This morning you will depart for TAROKO GORGE NATIONAL PARK. Taroko Gorge is an exceptionally beautiful area of Taiwan. It is the 'Seven Wonder of Asia", its narrow raving created by the Liwu River which has cut deep into the mountains of solid marble. A road carved into sheer walls of rock rewinding its way past forested peaks and cliffs towering thousands of feet above it, while hundreds of feet below a river roars past gigantic marble boulders. Stops will be made at ETERNAL SPRING SHRINE (CHANGCHUN TEMPLE) and SWALLOW GROTTO. We will pass by TUNNEL OF NINE TURNS, MARBLE BRIDGE, CIMU BRIDGE and MARBLE FACTORY. We will then drive back to Taipei via Su-Hua Highway with a stop at CINGSHUI CLIFF and drive through Hsuei-Shan Long Tunnel (12.9 kilometers) to arrive Taipei at around 6PM. You will be transported to Taipei International Airport for your onward flight (CI51 23:55) back to Australia.

The flight will arrive Sydney approximately before 11AM.
