"hotel's location is superb. the entrance to underground mall which connects to the mrt and hsr and train is only 2 mins walk away. u have a family mart just next door and plenty of 7-11s, coffee houses (starbucks), fast food (McD), and some small eateries in a very close proximity from the hotel. as it is very close to shinkong mitsukoshi, it is easy to use it as a landmark while navigating the surroundings. the underground mall is a good last min shopping place too. the room is a good size, with enough space for luggage. the only bad point i find is that u will need to unplug the standing lamp to use its powepoint if u will need to use any electrical items. the only available points are in the bathroom, but i dont think anyone will use the bathroom for a laptop. the bed is really firm. there is hardly any bounce when u sit on it, the pillow is rather soft too. the ceiling for the bathroom when u stand in the bathtub is really low, overall, this hotel is really rather worth it for its cleaniness and location. "
