"We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and this is the first time we visited Taiwan since 20 years ago. I sincerely thank to those who wrote reviews here about this hotel that enabled us to make a very good choice. The most impressive part of this hotel is the brilliant service, we can feel that it is driven from the heart of every staff member and also the generosity of the management. The delicious breakfast, the internet in the guest room and free use of their computer, bottles of water provided in the guest room and hotel lobby, umbrellas in the rainy day, self-service of instant noodles, coffee and tea in their tea-room, etc. and etc., everything is free to the guest. I had requested to have oatmeal for the breakfast, which is not in their menu, and they show pleasure in meeting my request, and this really moved me. We have traveled all over the world in the past 30 years and found that this is one of the best hotels we stayed."
