Day 1 - Depart Australia
Depart from Sydney CI52 22:10

Day 2 - Arrive Taiwan / Taipei City Sightseeing
On arrival into Taipei International Airport, you will be met by your friendly TaiwanHolidays.com.au guide who will transfer you to a hotel in Taipei ready for depart for your Taiwan Explorer Tour, by picking up by your guide to en-bus for Taipei city sightseeing including: Presidential Building (Pass by), Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and National Palace Museum (has the world's largest Chinese art and painting collection), Martyrs' Shrine, Chinese Temple, then the Taiwanese Handicraft Centre, where you can see and purchase some Taiwanese souvenirs. Then you will be transfered back to you hotel to refresh & Check In at the hotel. In the afternoon you are free to explore many parts of Taipei by yourself. You can take the MRT to go to Dienshuei, where you will be able to see many interesting boutique shops that carries the history of Taiwan. The "Tienshuei Old Street" should not be missed, where you can taste the many famous Taiwanese gourmet or snacks. In the evening, you may also take the opportunity to explore the vibrant night life of famous Taipei city, e.g. Taipei 101 Building, Shih-Lin Night-market (near your Empress Hotel), night clubs... etc. Finally reaching Taipei City to stay 1 night.

Day 3 - Taipei / 5 Stars Medical & Beauty Centre (B)
Arrangements to Taiwan's largest five-star Medical & Beauty Center, it is different from the traditional health clinics and hospitals. It has comfotable and deluxe space, which  you can relax like doing  a  SPA treatment or massage.There is no medical risk at all and the health examination reports will be sent directly to Australia or the organizers. Suitable for elders, busy execitives, entertainment industry people, busy government officials, social elites and entrepreneurs.The use of advanced equipments greatly shorten the treatment and examination time. The medical risks and side effects are very low   (from the beauty treatments or medical check ups you choose). There is very little recovery period required, which means you can immediately engage in any activities. This include the continuation of the travel or journey in Taiwan.

Day 4 - Taipei / Sun Moon Lake/ Puli (B)

After breakfast, your tour guide will pick up at at hotel lobby to en-bus for Nantou to Sun Moon Lake Tour. You will visit many of the famous sights around Sun Moon Lake (Wen Wu Temple, Tehua Village, Tse-En Pagonda, Holy Monk Shrine. The tour then continues to Puli, where you will see the beauty of this city which has the back drop of Central Mountain Range. The city is said to be particularly famous for its ‘four Ws”, that is its weather, water, wine and women! The mountain ranges maintain a mild climate all round the year, while the water has a balanced mineral content to give it a wonderful fresh taste. Puli’s brewery produces a variety of liquors that are widely credited by the tourists. Finally reaching Taichung City to stay 1 night.

Day 5 - Taichung / Lukang / Kaohsiung (B)
After breakfast, depart for Lukang, the historical and cultural town and  (The Chinese 「一府、二鹿、三艋舺」 means Lukang is the second largest town in Taiwan.) Lukang is the venue of a national folk arts festival that lasts for several days before and after the boat races themselves. At this time, the old town regains some of its former glory as huge crowds of visitors pack its narrow streets. Some of the well known sightseeings around Lukang are: Tienhou Temple (天后宮), Old market Street (古市街), Half-side well(半邊井), Nine-turns Lane/Shih Yih Hall (九曲巷/十宜樓), Lukang Folk Arts Museum (鹿港民俗文物館), Remembrance Hall (意樓),Lungshan Temple(龍山寺),  Wenkai Academy Civil Shrine Martial Temple(文開書院/文祠/武廟). At the end of today you will be transported to Kaohsiung by train or bus.

Day 6 - Kaohsiung / Kenting / Kaohsiung (B)
Today, the highlight for many visit Taiwan is a visit to Kenting National Park, undoubtedly one of the most beautifully reserved natural forest in Taiwan. It is located in south of Taiwan with popular beach bordering on the tropical region of Taiwan where palm tree, banana trees, sugar cane and surfing beach are part of the scene. It's an excellent place for swim, surf, and dive. Other sightseeings will be visited today are the southernmost tip of Taiwan,  "Maopitou" (named after the shape of cat-nose-like rock.) The coast of coral reef is worth a visit for land reforms which strongly affected by wave erosions, efflorescence, and salt-soaking. The natural landscape like wave erosion caves, ditches, and pillars are amazing, sea view here is attractive and very enjoyable. The Oluanpi Light House will also be visited before you be transported back to Kaohsiung.

Day 7 - Kaohsiung / Cheng Ching Lake / Taipei Intl. Airport (B)
This morning you will depart for Kaohsiung City Tour. The city of Kaohsiung is Taiwan's largest industrial centre, and is second largest city in Taiwan. It has stayed abreast of Taiwan's recent progress and prosperity; expanding and modernizing. Some of the well know sightseeings in Kaohsiung City is the Love River. You will visit the largest lake in Kaohsiung, Cheng Ching Lake, developed originally as a reservoir to meet the need for water for industrial use. Later on the lake was improved through environmental landscaping, until today it offers the beauty of a forested park. The Spring & Autumn Pavilions are two massive pavilions dedicated to Kuan Kung, the God of War, the Spring and Autumn Pavilions were completed in 1951. In front of the pavilions is a statue of Kuanyin, the Goddess of Mercy, riding a dragon. Hsizu Bay is only 20 minutes drive from downtown Kaohsiung.This scenic spot offers a romantic venue for lovers and other visitors. There are two historical sites near the beach: the former British Consulate (前清打狗英國領事館) and the Strategic North Gate (雄鎮北門). Then you will be transported by bus or train to Taipei International Airport for your onward (CI 51  23:55) flight back to Australia. Alternatively stay extra night in Taipei (extra costing) for your onward flight to your FREE Add-On Asia city*.


Day 8 - Arrive Australia (B)
The flight will arrive Sydney approximately before 11AM.
