"I'm amaze with the hotel service ...
Fruit basket everyday in our standard room.
The breakfast is great.
Our flight is midnight , we asked for the late check out, they permit us until 8 pm, isn't it great .....
The concierge is a great help, they do the packing for us, with a beautiful box of howard plaza hotel and charge us nothing, pack it beautifully."
