Day 1 - (Sat) Departure from Australia, Depart flight from Sydney, Australia with China Airlines CI52 22:10 to Taiwan

Day 2 - (Sun) Arrive Taiwan / Taipei City Sightseeing / Taipei Night Tour (B/D)
Arrive Taipei International Airport at approx 05:00, you will be met by your friendly Taiwan Holidays guide who will greeted and transfered to your hotel in Taipei, where you will spend one night. You will be able to use the free time to explore the early morning of Taipei in the nearby area of your hotel. You can enjoy the breakfast at hotel restaurant. At approximately 8:00, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby to visit Taipei City's must see places. Sightseeings for today are: Presidential Building (Pass by), Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and National Palace Museum (has the world's largest Chinese art and painting collection), Martyrs' Shrine, Chinese Temple, then the Taiwanese Handicraft Centre, where you can see and purchase some Taiwanese souvenirs. Then you will be transfered back to you hotel to refresh & Check In at the hotel. In the afternoon you are free to explore many parts of Taipei by yourself. You can take the MRT to go to Dienshuei, where you will be able to see many interesting boutique shops that carries the history of Taiwan. The "Tienshuei Old Street" should not be missed, where you can taste the many famous Taiwanese gourmet or snacks. In the evening about 6:30PM, your friendly tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby to take you out to explore the night life of Taipei. Firstly,  you will have Dinner at the Taiwanese dinner locally, then visit the oldest temple in Taiwan "Longshan Temple", and then off to the most colourful night market in Taiwan "Hwahsi Night Market"(aka Snake Valley). Finally you will be taken to see the world's 2nd tallest building in the world "Taipei 101".

Day 3 - (Mon) Taipei / Puli / Sun Moon Lake (B)
After breakfast, you will depart for your Around Taiwan Tour, picking up by your guide at hotel lobby then drive to Sun Moon Lake which is located in the middle of Taiwan and situated 762 meters above sea level in the lofty mountains of Central Taiwan. Tour will stop at the famous Wenwu Temple and Literature Warrior Temple dedicated to Confucius as Master of Pen and to Kuan Ti as Master of Sword, Holy Monk Shrine and Peacock Garden. After touring around the Sun Moon Lake, proceed to hotel for check in, stay overnight at Sun Moon Lake. The hotel we stayed at is Fleur De Chine, which is the newest (built in 2009) deluxe '6 star' hotel at Sun Moon Lake, which  is the only hotel in the area that has the unique detox hot spring & spa facility inside the hotel.

Day 4 - (Tue) Taichung / Tainan / Kaohsiung (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Tainan City, the ancient capital of Taiwan. Situated on the southwestern coastal plains of the island and enjoys a warm climate all year round. It is the island's oldest and now fourth largest city. With its long history, Tainan is rich in historical sites and cultural heritage. We will take you to visit Koxinga Shrine, Chihkan Lou and Chimei Museum. After Tainan, we will continue to Kaohsiung City, which is the second largest city in Taiwan. The tour will take you to the romantic Love River and famous Lio Ho Night Market. At the end of today you will be overnight at Kaohsiung's Garden Villa, this 5 star hotel was the accommodation for Dali Lama during his visit in Taiwan in 2009.

Day 5 - (Wed) Kaohsiung / Kenting / Taitung (B)
Today, the highlight for many visit Taiwan is a visit to Kenting National Park, undoubtedly one of the most beautifully reserved natural forest in Taiwan. It is located in south of Taiwan with popular beach bordering on the tropical region of Taiwan where palm tree, banana trees, sugar cane and surfing beach are part of the scene. It's an excellent place for swim, surf, and dive. Other sightseeings will be visited today are the souther most tip of Taiwan,  "Maopitou" (named after the shape of cat-nose-like rock.) The coast of coral reef is worth a visit for land reforms which strongly affected by wave erosions, efflorescence, and salt-soaking. The natural landscape like wave erosion caves, ditches, and pillars are amazing, sea view here is attractive and very enjoyable. The Oluanpi Light House will also be visited. We then continue to Taitung via the scenic Southern Link Highway. Overnight at Taitung and enjoy a relaxing bath at the 5 star hotel's Spa & Hot Spring recreation area.

Day 6 - (Thur) Taitung / East Coast National Scenic Area / Hualien (B)
After breakfast, you will be on the exciting East Coast National Scenic Tour. The East Coast National Scenic Area, known as "Taiwan's Last Unspoiled Land", stretches 170 kilometers down the east coast of the island. Weathering, erosion, and accumulation have produced a wide range of landforms here. Our tour will stop at Siaoyeliou, Sansientai, Stone Steps, Caves of the Eight Immortals. In the late afternoon, we will proceed to Hualien for overnight stay.

Day 7 - (Fri) Hulaien / Taroko Gorge / Taipei (B)
This morning you will depart for Taroko National Park. Taroko Gorge is an exceptionally beautiful area of Taiwan. It is the 'Seven Wonder of Asia", its narrow raving created by the Liwu River which has cut deep into the mountains of solid marble. A road carved into sheer walls of rock rewinding its way past forested peaks and cliffs towering thousands of feet above it, while hundreds of feet below a river roars past gigantic marble boulders. Stops will be made at Eternal Spring Shrine, Swallow Grotto, Tunnel of Nine Turns, Marble Bridge, Tienshiang and Marble Factory. We will then drive back to Taipei via Su-Hua Highway and Hsuei-Shan Long Tunnel (12.9 kilometers) to arrive Taipei at around 7PM, and then you will be transportedto your hotel in Taipei.

Day 8 - (Sat) Taipei, Taiwan / Hanoi, Vietnam (B)  

After breakfast, you have more time to relax and explore Taipei City. Transfer to TPE Intl Airport fly by CI9123 TPE-HAN departing 13:25PM, and arrive Hanoi at 15:35PM, your tour guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital city, boasts tree-lined streets and centuries-old temples.Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 9 - (Sun) Hanoi / Halong / Hanoi (B/L/D)

Enjoy a day excursion to Halong Bay, 170km from Hanoi. Board your private boat for a cruise along Halong Bay (3 hours), a world heritage site recognised by UNESCO in 1994. Visit some magical grottoes and relax in the best scenic beauty Vietnam. A fresh seafood lunch is served on board. Return to Hanoi with stopovers at the ceramic and hand embroidery workshops en route.

Day 10 - (Mon) Hanoi (B/L/D)

This morning’s sightseeing tour features both cultural and historical highlights, comprising of the Temple of Literature, the Ethnology Museum, Ho Chi Minh’s Former Residence, the West Lake, Lake Hoan Kiem, the old quarters and a downtown pedicab ride (1 hour). Evening show includes the famous Water Puppets (1st class seats).

Day 11 - (Tue) Hanoi / Hue (B/L/D)

A late morning transfer to Hanoi Noi Bai Airport for a short flight to Hue. You visit The Imperial Citadel, built in 1804 on a site chosen in accordance with geomancy and the tomb of King Tu Duc (ruled 1848 – 1883). The monument, designed by the king himself, was also used as holiday retreat during his lifetime. Over night in Hue.

Day 12 - (Wed) Hue / Hoi An (B/L/D)

This morning you are transferred to Danang (110km). Admire the beautiful landscape along the road through the Hai Van Pass. Panoramic views of the clouds, the sea and the mountains around are unfolded at the scenic Lang Co lagoon. After arriving in Danang, visit the Cham Sculpture Museum, which boasts the finest collection of Cham sandstone sculptures in the world. This afternoon, transfer to Hoi An. After your hotel check-in, you are free to enjoy some time on the beach. This evening, enjoy a lively show of traditional dancing & music. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 13 - (Thur) Hoi An / My Son / Hoi An (B/L/D)

Hoi An, is the so called ‘Living Museum’ because of its well-kept original historical buildings and ancient backstreets. Visit one of the three city’s oldest homes, built over 200 years ago and still occupied by descendants of the families that originally built them; then tour to the Chinese Assembly Hall and the unique Japanese Bridge. This afternoon you visit the Ruins of My Son and see the Cham Holy See. Lunch and dinner are served at local restaurants.

Day 14 - (Fri) Hoi An / Danang / Ho Chi Minh City ( B/L/D)

Transfer to Danang airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoy sunset on board a tour boat sailing up the Saigon River to the Binh Quoi Tourist Village for a folk show and dinner.

Day 15 - (Sat) Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)

This morning, an excursion to Cu Chi, 70km north of Saigon, famed for its 200-kilometre-long tunnels. Crawl down a tunnel to feel the underground life. This afternoon, take a tour round Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, featuring the History Museum, Binh Tay Market in Chinatown, Thien Hau Temple and a lacquer workshop. A Western dinner is served at your hotel.

Today is at leisure for last minute shopping or just relaxing. A late check out till 2pm, then you are transferred to the airport for your flight bound for Australia.
